It was a good stay. The room had more space than we thought, so it was easy to keep our bags out and still move around. it could’ve been a little cleaner though.

The WiFi stayed steady during my stay and only dropped once the whole time. Just a heads up if you’re planning to work or take calls, it was fine for me overall, but I’d still have a backup just in case

Check-in at Marco Polo Hotels was smooth. The staff found my booking right away, and I had my room key in just a few minutes, which was great after a long trip...
There was a short line when I got there, but it moved along fine. Nothing stressful at all, just an easy start to the stay, so...

The food was fine overall, nothing really wrong with it, but the service took longer than I expected. What bothered me more was that it wasn’t always clear what was supposed to happen next, like whether we should wait, ask someone, or if someone was coming back to check on us. It just made the whole experience feel a bit confusing and not very smooth.

I stayed here for two nights, i still remember how relieved I felt crawling into that bed after a long day. The room was really comfy, the bed had that perfect soft-but-not-sinking feeling, and the pillows were actually good. It was quiet too, which made such a difference. I slept so well both nights and woke up feeling genuinely rested. No real complaints at all.

I like this gym overall. It’s clean and has what I need, but it can get REALLY busy at certain times, which makes it a little frustrating. Still a solid place to work out.

Stayed here getting around was way easier than I expected. I was a little suspicious at first because places always claim they’re “close to transport,” but this one actually was. We had no trouble grabbing a taxi, and the bus and train were both close enough to walk to without it feeling annoying, even with luggage. It made exploring the city a lot less stressful. The location was definitely the best part for me, and I’d stay here again.

I stayed here for 2 nights bathroom was really clean. The shower worked great, towels felt fresh, and I didn’t notice any weird smell or stains anywhere. I’m the kind of person who always checks bathroom first in hotel, and this one made me feel comfortable right away. Easy 5 stars from me.

I booked through marcopolohotels.com mostly because the location looked like it would make life easy, and annoyingly enough, it actually did. Shops, food, and transport were all within easy reach, so there wasn’t much dramatic wandering around pretending I knew where I was going.
After a long trip, it was nice not having to solve a complicated puzzle just to find dinner or get somewhere. Most of what I needed was close by, which made the stay smooth and low-effort in the best way.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the area can get a bit busy, because of course the convenient places are somehow popular too. Still, overall, the location worked really well for me.

The pool was really clean, which I always appreciate, and the spa was nice and quiet. it made the stay feel a lot more relaxing. We’d go for a swim, then just kind of wander over to the spa and lose track of time a bit. Little things like that ended up making the whole trip better.

The room was cleaned every day and I didn’t really have any complaints. It looked tidy when I got back each time, though I’m not totally sure how deep the cleaning was. Overall, it was fine and did the job.
